You can cancel anytime directly from your iPhone: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Prompt Maschine and tap Cancel Subscription.
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
